Job Title: Internal Auditor Company: Raj Software Technology (India) Ltd Location: Malad West, Mumbai (and travel to our multiple franchise centers as required) Department: Internal Audit Reporting To: Management / Senior Management Job Purpose: To check and ensure that all centers of Raj Computers Academy, company departments, and SDVTII centers are following the company’s policies, financial processes, and operating correctly. The Internal Auditor will find and report any mistakes, frauds, or process gaps and help improve the system. Key Responsibilities: * Visit our centers for regular audits. * Check documents, student data, center reports, and other records to ensure correctness. * Review accounts, payments, receipts, and stock at centers and in the company. * Make sure all centers follow the company’s rules and procedures properly. * Report any issues, frauds, or problems found during the audits. * Suggest improvements to processes and help implement changes if required. * Submit detailed audit reports to the management on time. * Keep records of visits, findings, and actions taken. * Ensure all centers maintain transparency and quality in operations. Key Skills Required: * Good knowledge of auditing and accounting. * Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Word, and Tally or accounting software. * Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills. * Ability to travel frequently to different centers. * Honest, responsible, and disciplined in work.
