Job Description

Internal Audit team

Internal Audit Professional with an experience of 2-4 years

Ideal Background:

Experience in General insurance domain /
insurance broking (non-motor lines)/ insurance survey, or investigation firms
Strong understanding of insurance operations underwriting, claims, policy servicing, reinsurance, and regulatory compliance
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify control gaps and process inefficiencies
Working knowledge of audit methodologies, governance practices, and risk management principles

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across business and support functions
Evaluate process controls, system adequacy, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk frameworks and operational discipline
Support data-driven and technology-enabled audit initiatives
