Internal Audit Professional with an experience of 2-4 years

Ideal Background:

• Experience in General insurance domain /

  insurance broking (non-motor lines)/ insurance survey, or investigation firms

• Strong understanding of insurance operations underwriting, claims, policy servicing, reinsurance, and regulatory compliance
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify control gaps and process inefficiencies
• Working knowledge of audit methodologies, governance practices, and risk management principles

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits across business and support functions
• Evaluate process controls, system adequacy, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk frameworks and operational discipline
• Support data-driven and technology-enabled audit initiatives
