No of VacanciesReports to-----Is a Team leader?NTeam SizeGradeBusinessCorporate CentreDepartmentInternal AuditSub-DepartmentBranch AuditsLocationAbout Internal AuditInternal Audit function of the Bank, operates independently under the supervision of the Audit Committee of the Board and is responsible for providing an independent view to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on the quality and efficacy of the internal controls, risk management systems, goverce systems and processes in place on an on-going basis This is provided to primarily ensure that the business and support functions are in compliance with both internal and regulatory guidelinesAbouttheRoleThe Branch Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the risk based Audit of the Branch is conducted and providing qualitive assessment of the Branches The Branch Auditor reports to the Head Regional audit Offices (RAO), EastThe Branch Auditor Thus finds the root cause of any issue and highlights the same with all the stakeholders---Conducting risk based Internal Audit of branches / currency chests / Thematic ReviewsPreparing synopsis of Audit ObservationsPreparing MIS and Trackers for Audit Discrepancies NotedProviding Qualitative assessment of compliancesConducting Root cause analysis and giving recommendationsSharing of major issues with stake holders ie, branch and their controllerQualificationsMBA/CA/ICWA8-9 years experience in branch operations; 3-5 years as Branch Head / Operation HeadRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:Effective Knowledge of Banking OperationsStrong Excel and database manipulation skills, ficial and statistical analysis skills)Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor othersAbility to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under flexible hoursShould be able to travel for completing AssignmentsAbility to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
