Profile:

Z3Partners is looking to hire an Investment Intern in its Mumbai office to support Investments and Portfolio 

Management activities. The Intern should be willing to take on responsibility and see-through tasks end-to-end with 

light supervision and get involved in the various aspects of the business as required. The Intern should possess strong analytical, presentation and research skills. The Intern will receive a monthly stipend.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to help build investment thesis in various sectors of tech & digital, and identify new investment trends and opportunities.
• Assist the investment team with deal sourcing, calls and follow-ups 
• Help the investment team in creating research-backed investment collateral including investment memos, market analyses, diligence finding reports, IC notes, etc. This requires end to end primary and secondary research 
• Execute content ideas for our reading and pitch decks 
• Create collateral of all kind for internal purposes, investors or portfolio funds (e.g. surveys, presentations, excel models) 
• Support fund growth activities such as website management, marketing, office events, etc. 

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with a strong record of academic and extra-curricular achievements 
• Structured Thinker: Develop and leverage frameworks to help structure the team's thinking, facilitate alignment on key strategic decisions among various stakeholders, and identify the most imperative 
• opportunities to reach insightful, actionable answers without boiling the ocean with analyses overload High-energy, team-first, positive attitude: We operate in an entrepreneurial environment with strong sense of ownership of our responsibilities. This requires natural motivation to work hard (and play hard) in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team to produce the desired outcome. 
• Recent MBA graduates shall also be considered / pre-MBA interns shall also be considered relevant experience in a startup (ideally product or P&L role), investment banking, management consulting, or strategic corporate development is preferred.
