As a key member of the Spinny team, you'll be responsible for reaching out to and supporting customers throughout their car buying journey . Your critical role in customer engagement means you'll need to deeply understand their requirements to recommend products that perfectly match their needs. We're seeking a hardworking and enterprising individual with excellent analytical and communication skills . The ideal candidate will approach problems with an ingenious, scientific mindset , driven by a strong outcome-oriented point of view . Demonstrated experience in customer service is essential. Key Responsibilities Build a relationship with the customer over the call , serving as Spinny's first point of contact. Engage in active listening with callers, offering product or service recommendations to enhance their car buying journey. Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively and appropriately. Understand and strive to exceed call center metrics while consistently delivering excellent customer service. Schedule customer visits to retail hubs for further assistance from the hub teams. Requirements Fluent verbal communication skills . Proficiency in English and a regional language . Demonstrated experience in customer service .
