Internship
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Coordinate with vendors for profiles requirement. Candidate pipeline tracking, Offer process and onboarding logistics Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Review resumes and applications, and help identify potential candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels on profile shortlisting, interview scheduling and feedback collection. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data. Conduct market research on industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. What Makes You Qualified? Currently pursuing a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS or HR tools is a plus. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
