About the Role: -

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic Research & Innovation team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of cosmetic product development, with a specific focus on the stabilization of bioactive ingredients.As an intern, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Raw Material Management: Actively participate in arranging and managing the required raw materials for various experiments, ensuring their availability for ongoing research projects.
• Experimental Design & Formulation: Design and conduct experiments focusing on the preparation of cosmetic formulas specifically aimed at the stabilization of bioactive ingredients. This includes hands-on formula development and experimental execution.
• Stability Studies & Analysis Coordination: Conduct accelerated thermal stability studies on developed formulations and effectively coordinate sample analysis with the analytical team to evaluate product integrity and performance.

What We're Looking For (Desired Skills & Experience)

• Foundational understanding of cosmetic formulation principles.
• Basic knowledge of the chemistry of cosmetic ingredients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a closely related scientific field.
• Prior laboratory experience is beneficial, preferably in a setting relevant to chemistry or materials science.
