To further their commitment to excellence, L'Oral is looking for a detail-oriented intern to join their dynamic Research & Innovation team. This internship provides a hands-on experience in cosmetic product development, focusing on the stabilization of bioactive ingredients. As an intern, you will be responsible for managing raw materials, designing and conducting experiments for cosmetic formulas, and coordinating stability studies and analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work with expert scientists on projects that deliver high-quality beauty solutions to consumers worldwide. The internship aims to provide invaluable learning experiences, including project management fundamentals, understanding chemical interactions in cosmetic formulas, and expertise in active ingredient stability. Desired skills and experience include a foundational understanding of cosmetic formulation principles, basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredient chemistry, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
