Ideal Candidate:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute (e.g., IIMs, XLRI, ISB, or equivalent).
Strong academic background in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Past Internship or Projects:

Prior exposure (through internships, projects, or coursework) to data analytics, including hands-on business projects.
Demonstrated involvement in business growth initiatives, such as sales forecasting, marketing campaigns, or revenue optimization projects.
Experience in project planning and execution, ideally in collaborative settings with sales and/or marketing teams (e.g., capstone projects, club activities, or part-time roles).
