Your role involves collaborating with the consulting team, preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening candidate resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining recruitment records. Additionally, you will be involved in market research, talent mapping initiatives, and building candidate pipelines. - Collaborate with the consulting team to prepare engaging and accurate job descriptions. - Post job advertisements on various online platforms. - Screen candidates resumes to identify suitable matches for open roles. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in conducting background checks and verifying references. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and insights. - Support talent mapping initiatives to build robust candidate pipelines. - Maintain and update records in the recruitment database and systems.
