Intern-Email Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of email campaigns.

• Conduct regular training to enhance skills in tools, communication, and campaign strategy.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation.

• Collect and extract targeted prospect data from Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring accuracy and relevance based on specific keywords.

• Sort and refine data to improve segmentation and campaign targeting.

• Conduct bulk email outreach using Outlook Mail Merge, ensuring personalized communication.

• Design and optimize email templates to increase engagement and conversion rates.

• Monitor campaign performance and lead generation metrics to refine outreach strategies.

• Generate and nurture leads through strategic email marketing campaigns.

• Ensure quality control of email content, data accuracy, and lead segmentation.
