Job Title: Customer Success Intern Location: Gurugram (On-site) Company: AdvantageClub.ai Duration: 6 Months + PPO Opportunity Stipend: 20k Per Month Start Date: Immediately Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Intern to join our fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, driving user satisfaction, and contributing to client retention and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and developing customer success strategies and support documentation. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand and meet their needs. Analyze customer trends and provide insights for improving service delivery. Support preparation of presentations and visuals to showcase campaign performance. Help review and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and sales to gather testimonials and create case studies. Promote product value via social media and locate brand ambassadors. Improve onboarding processes and user adoption flows. Participate in product demos and client meetings alongside senior team members. Preferred Qualifications : Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Male Candidates Preferred. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Passion for customer success and enthusiasm for learning.
