Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Intern to join our fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, driving user satisfaction, and contributing to client retention and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and developing customer success strategies and support documentation.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Analyze customer trends and provide insights for improving service delivery.
• Support preparation of presentations and visuals to showcase campaign performance.
• Help review and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to gather testimonials and create case studies.
• Promote product value via social media and locate brand ambassadors.
• Improve onboarding processes and user adoption flows.
• Participate in product demos and client meetings alongside senior team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Male Candidates Preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Passion for customer success and enthusiasm for learning.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
