• Assist in bookkeeping, accounting entries, and documentation for organisational expenses and revenues.
• Support in budget preparation, fund utilisation tracking, and variance analysis.
• Learn and contribute to financial compliance, audit preparation, and donor reporting.
• Maintain and update MIS dashboards and financial trackers.
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure smooth payment processes and financial planning.
• Take ownership of small projects within finance and accounts, gradually moving to independent responsibilities.
  

• End-to-end finance management in a not-for-profit ecosystem.
• Building financial systems for scale and transparency.
• Working on real-time donor and fund management.
• Basics of statutory compliance (FCRA, Income Tax, GST – as relevant).
• Leadership skills, team collaboration, and decision-making.
  

• Fresh graduates / final-year students in Commerce, Finance, Management, or related fields.
• Individuals passionate about learning in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
• No prior work experience required — just strong curiosity, responsibility, and hunger to grow.
  

• 3 months: Learning-only phase (unpaid).
• 6 months: Stipend-based learning phase.
• 1 year: Growth phase – opportunity to lead projects and transition into a full-time role.
