Intermediate Architect – Luxury Residential & Institutional Projects Location: Delhi Experience Level: 2–3 years Architect Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in large-scale projects, particularly in luxury residential and institutional sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects and contribute to all phases of the design and construction process. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through completion. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and documentation in compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing design insights and updates. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to luxury and institutional architecture Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 2-4 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on large-scale projects. Proficiency in architectural software such as CAD, SketchUp, and office Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes. Previous involvement in luxury residential or institutional projects.
