Intermediate Architect

Job Title:

Location: Noida Sector 125

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Production:

  Create and manage architectural drawings throughout all project phases (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, etc.) to meet project requirements and client expectations.

• Quality Assurance:

  Follow company SoPs and client-specific templates to ensure quality control in all drawings and construction documents.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with senior team members, including architects, interior designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality project documents on time.

• Self-management:

  Efficiently manage assigned tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

• Process Adherence:

  Implement best practices to maintain design integrity and minimize errors during project execution.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural/interior design/engineering documentation, preferably in both new construction and renovation projects.
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  
• Basic understanding of architectural design processes and construction systems.
  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
