• Work closely with senior designers and project leads on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation.
• Take ownership of specific project packages from concept through execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors during different project stages.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and sustainable building practices.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in architecture/interior-architecture projects.
• Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s is a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino/3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design sensibility with technical know-how.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about design.
