Intermediate Architect

As an Intermediate Architect at Melange Studio, located in Greater Kailash I, New Delhi, you will be part of an innovative team dedicated to delivering exceptional, sustainable, and inspiring spaces. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled and creative professional with a solid foundation in architecture to work on meaningful projects and further develop expertise in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development of architectural designs from conceptual stages to detailed construction drawings, collaborating with senior architects, project teams, and clients to ensure high-quality project execution, producing detailed presentations, renderings, and technical documentation using advanced design software, managing project coordination tasks such as site analysis, code compliance, and sustainable design solutions integration, providing mentorship to junior team members, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, have 2-6 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery, possess advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools, demonstrate strong design sensibility, technical accuracy, and a commitment to excellence, exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, and have in-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and building regulations.
