Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interiors Site Supervisor based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution on-site from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design plans, project timelines, and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with the internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve any project-related issues. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, conducting inspections, and preparing progress reports will also be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of site supervision, interior works, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior designing plans and technical drawings.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with contractors and clients.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
• Proficiency in tools for site measurement and progress documentation (e.g., CAD, MS Office).
• Prior experience in interior project management or site supervision; industry-related certifications are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work under deadlines, and ensure on-site safety compliance.
