Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes, timely execution, and coordination between various contractors, vendors, and clients at the site. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day on-site activities for interior fit-out or renovation projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure quality standards are met. Monitor and manage project schedules, site labor, and resources effectively. Conduct regular site meetings with workers and subcontractors. Report daily progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site cleanliness. Assist in resolving any site-related issues or client concerns. Handle on-site material procurement and inventory if required. Manage change requests or revisions during execution. Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. Proven experience (1 year) in supervising interior/execution sites. Strong understanding of interior finishes, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and modular work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic level), and project tracking tools preferred. Preferred Attributes:Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects. Familiarity with local building codes and safety norms. Ability to manage labor and negotiate with vendors effectively.
