Job Description

An Interior Site Supervisor manages daily interior fit-out operations, ensuring projects meet design, quality, budget, and safety standards by coordinating teams (workers, subs, designers), monitoring progress against schedules, conducting inspections, managing materials, and documenting everything from concept to completion, acting as a key liaison between clients, managers, and the site crew. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee all daily activities, manage site logistics, and ensure smooth execution of interior works (carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.). Team Coordination: Supervise and motivate site workers, schedule tasks, and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers. Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres to approved drawings, design specifications, and high-quality workmanship. Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and maintain a secure work environment. Progress Monitoring: Track work progress against project timelines, manage resources, and prepare reports for management. Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges proactively. Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients and project managers, understanding needs and providing updates. Documentation: Maintain organized site records, reports, and documentation. Essential Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Understanding of interior design & construction processes Leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
