All should have experience in "Modular Kitchen" and "Modular wardrobes" Key roles & Responsibilities: Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to project managers and clients. Prepare regular progress reports, including daily logs, incident reports, and meeting minutes. Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials. Coordinate deliveries and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Monitor project budgets and expenses to control costs and maximise efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience as a construction site supervisor With good understanding and knowledge of Interior construction works. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams Experience in commercial interior projects is preferred. Must have a knowledge of Kitchen, Wardrobe, Ceiling, Door installation etc. Supervision and Coordination: Oversee daily on-site activities, including managing subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any issues or conflicts. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or violations promptly. Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and other regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship and quality of materials to ensure compliance with project standards. Implement quality control measures and address any deficiencies or deviations. Conduct inspections and walkthroughs to identify and rectify any issues. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 12/05/2025
