Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure project timelines are met, and manage on-site quality control. Responsibilities include monitoring site safety, preparing progress reports, and resolving any project-related issues swiftly and efficiently. Qualifications Site Management, Construction Supervision, and Project Coordination skills Knowledge of Quality Control and Safety Regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Experience in interior design or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Show more Show less
