We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage interior site projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and adherence to timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in interior design or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
