Description

We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Incharge to oversee our dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics management and will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the dispatch operations of goods and materials.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and tracking of shipments.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and inventory levels.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding dispatch schedules and any delays.
Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations during dispatch processes.
Train and supervise dispatch staff to optimize efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management.
Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
Proficient in using dispatch software and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
