Dispatch Incharge (Pumps Manufacturing Company)

Position: Dispatch Incharge
Location: Pipaliya , Ta- Gondal, Dist- Rajkot
Department: Logistics / Dispatch
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the dispatch process of pumps and related products from the manufacturing unit to clients and distributors.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipment of products according to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and transport teams to ensure timely dispatches.
• Prepare and verify all dispatch documentation including delivery challans, invoices, and shipment tracking details.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid delays in dispatches.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of pumps to prevent damage during transit.
• Track and resolve any shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies in the delivery process.
• Maintain and update dispatch records and reports for management review.
• Liaise with transporters and vendors for smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during dispatch activities.
• Supervise and train dispatch team members to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in dispatch management within a manufacturing environment (preferably pumps or engineering products).
• Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch software, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a dispatch team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
