Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, managing site activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Site Supervision, and Coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience in commercial and residential projects
• Proficiency in using project management software
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of site supervision experience is beneficial
