Job Title: Interior Site Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Interior Site Coordinator to oversee and manage on-site activities for our interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate effectively between teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily on-site operations and ensure project progress as per schedule.

Communicate and collaborate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and team members.

Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and design layouts for site execution.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and design specifications.

Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and activity logs.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of materials.

Identify and assist in resolving on-site challenges promptly.

Organize and conduct site meetings, briefings, and progress reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

2–4 years of relevant experience in site coordination or interior project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools preferred.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
