Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Quantity Surveyor and Billing Manager based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, performing site measurements, preparing project bills, verifying contractor claims, and ensuring adherence to financial project plans. The individual will work closely with project teams to ensure the accuracy of quantities and cost calculations, monitor costs against budgets, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation processes
• Proficiency in preparing bills, conducting site measurements, and handling contractor billing
• Experience with project budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries is a plus
