Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong site and measurement expertise, excellent client coordination abilities, and the capability to manage teams, materials, and project timelines efficiently.

This role requires someone who can balance technical knowledge with leadership and communication to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective coordination and communication with clients throughout all project stages.
• Understand and manage client requirements, site conditions, and design specifications.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize all project-related documentation (Excel, Word, PDF).
• Conduct and verify accurate site measurements based on design drawings.
• Coordinate effectively between clients, design teams, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and supervise on-site teams to ensure quality standards and timely completion of work.
• Plan, place, and monitor material orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and track project schedules to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Oversee installation, finishing, and final delivery stages while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and clients.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of site measurements and interior fit-out execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
• Strong leadership, planning, and team-handling capabilities.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of material procurement and vendor coordination processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in interior project coordination or site supervision.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing residential and commercial interior projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
