Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution of interior projects. The role requires close coordination with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, site supervision, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site to ensure smooth execution of interior works.
• Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and finishing standards.
• Track project progress, maintain daily site reports, and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
• Assist in managing procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory of materials.
• Handle client interactions at the site, addressing queries and providing updates.
• Support project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure final handover is completed with snag-free quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects (residential/commercial).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills to handle clients, vendors, and teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
