Job Title: Design Executive Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 2-3 years in Residential Design Position Overview: As a Design Executive at Storeyboard Design, you will play a key role in creating exceptional high-end luxury designs for residential projects. You'll be responsible for the design process, including 3D modelling, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and performing coordination with site engineers. Key Responsibilities: Design Excellence: Develop high-end luxury residential designs, including 3D models, BOQs, and drawings. Coordination: Collaborate closely with site engineers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop (a plus) for design and presentation purposes. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
