Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor Job Summary: The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site activities related to interior execution projects. This role ensures that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The supervisor acts as a bridge between project managers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure adherence to project plans and drawings. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution of work. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per design specifications. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management. Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained at the site. Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or discrepancies in coordination with the project manager. Manage material inventory and prevent wastage. Verify measurements and quantities for billing and procurement purposes. Assist in scheduling and monitoring subcontractor activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. --- Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of site supervision experience in interior/execution projects. Strong knowledge of construction/interior materials, finishes, and execution methods. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or site management tools (preferred).
