Job Summary:

Aruwa Interior is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, on-site management experience, and the ability to ensure quality work delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of interior projects across residential and commercial spaces
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications
• Ensure materials and resources are available on-site as per project schedule
• Monitor budgets and project costs, and take corrective measures where necessary
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain documentation of project plans, reports, approvals, and change requests
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all project sites
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior project management
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and construction methods
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus
• Experience working with premium residential or commercial projects
• Strong vendor and contractor network

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
