Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for an Interior Project Coordinator. The Interior Project Coordinator will manage and oversee interior design projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors, preparing project schedules, controlling budgets, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and managing project documentation. The role also involves frequent site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, specifically in interior design
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members
• Knowledge of construction and building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
