Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Operations Head to lead our interior design projects in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing operations, driving project success, and ensuring client satisfaction in the interior design industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies for interior projects.
Oversee project management from conception to completion ensuring quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively for multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and project managers.
Analyze and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
8 -17 years of experience in interior operations or project management.
Strong knowledge of design principles and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Understanding of budget management and financial forecasting.
