Interior Operation Manager

An Interior Execution Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site interior execution activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They manage vendor relations, coordinate with designers and labor, monitor site progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and solve problems to ensure smooth project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all interior project execution from site preparation to final delivery. Coordinate with internal designers, vendors, contractors, and skilled labor to ensure quality and timely completion. Monitor work schedules, maintain daily site reports, and enforce safety and quality standards. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately. Prepare and measure bills of material, coordinate procurement and vendor management. Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project progress. Address and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of interior construction practices, materials, and finishes. The ability to interpret technical drawings and use CAD or project management software is advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in risk management, inspection, and logistics management. A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is commonly preferred. Prior experience (3-5 years or more) in interior project management or execution roles. Other Important Aspects: Budget oversight and financial management during project execution.
