Education & Qualifications:

· Preferred Education: B.Arch, M.Arch, BE, Diploma in Interior Designing, or other relevant courses.

· Candidates with relevant hands-on experience and strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

· Certifications in advanced design tools or software are a plus.

Experience:

· Minimum 1+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and create innovative designs tailored to customer needs.

· Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, and other industry-standard tools.

· Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, gather measurements, and oversee the execution of designs, ensuring compliance with standards.

· Stay informed about emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project timelines and material selections.

· Participate in client presentations and meetings, providing creative input and ensuring satisfaction.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and adhering to deadlines.

· Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of designs.

· Handle budget estimations for interior projects and provide cost-effective solutions to clients.

· Create mood boards, material swatches, and design concepts to present to clients.

Skills Required:

· Design Tools: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vray, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion for rendering and visual presentations.

· Technical Expertise: Proficiency in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering.

· Communication: Strong presentation skills and ability to translate client ideas into actionable designs.

· Material Knowledge: Expertise in furniture, finishes, lighting, and other design materials.

· Site Coordination: Ability to manage on-site execution, coordinate with contractors, and troubleshoot design challenges.

· Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and innovation in design.

· Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and lead projects when necessary.

· Problem-Solving: Demonstrate proactive decision-making and adaptability under tight deadlines.
