Syntax Design Lab is looking for a talented, driven, and design-obsessed Interior Architect with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for space planning, interior design, and the execution of interior fit-out projects.

developing detailed architectural drawings & overseeing project timelines

Create mood boards, material palettes, and specifications

Work on high-end residential projects with layered storytelling

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and craftsmen to bring designs to life

Integrating sustainable practices and optimizing functionality and aesthetics in all projects.

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of professional interior design experience (residential preferred)

Strong grasp of space planning, detailing, and materiality

Knowledge in Architecture and designing structural elements

Capabilities in Interior Fit-out and overseeing project execution

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Proactive mindset with an eye for craft and context
