Job Description

We're Hiring: Architect / Interior Designer (Remote & On-Site)

Are you a talented Architect or Interior Designer ready to bring your creativity to a variety of exciting projects? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team on a flexible, hourly basis.

What You'll Do

Design and develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life from concept to completion.
Source and manage FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to align with design concepts and project budgets.
Create technical documents, including
BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
and detailed drawings.
Conduct
on-site visits
for project measurements, inspections, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience
in interior design or a related field.
Proficiency in design software, including
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
, and the
Adobe Suite
.
Strong knowledge of
FF&E management
and sourcing.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
