Job Title: Interior Designer

Working Days: 6 days & 2nd Sat off

Timing: 10 am to 6.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed space planning, furniture layouts, and interior concepts.
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and design presentations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples and quotations.
• Stay updated on market trends and innovative materials. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met. Prepare working drawings, detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantity), and technical specifications.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and updated as per client/contractor requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation for smooth workflow. Ensure all design outputs align with company standards.
• Oversee final finishes, styling, and handover of completed projects.
• Address client feedback and incorporate necessary changes. Keep updated with new design trends, technology, and sustainable practices.
• Attend industry expos, supplier meets, and training sessions.
• Translate client briefs into practical, aesthetic, and functional design solutions.
• Provide mood boards, concepts, and presentations for approvals.
