Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and execute interior design solutions for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to deliver aesthetically pleasing, functional, and cost-effective interior spaces that align with our project vision and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan interior layouts for real estate projects (residential flats, villas, commercial spaces, etc.).
• Create mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, furniture plans, and material boards using design software.
• Work collaboratively with architects, civil engineers, and the sales team to integrate design with construction.
• Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, color schemes, and other design elements.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and design documentation for procurement and execution.
• Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for on-time project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design (preferably in real estate projects).
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and color theory.
• Excellent visualizing ability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on real estate developments or model apartments.
• Knowledge of Vastu, sustainable design, or local design regulations (as per region).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
