Interior Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute interior layouts for luxury residential spaces
Create mood boards, 2D/3D renderings, material boards, and presentations
Coordinate with clients, architects, interior contractor and project managers for design execution
Visit sites to ensure timely execution with agreed quality standards
Source and specify high-end materials, furniture, lighting, and dcor
Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
Have industry contacts for sourcing & execution.
Updated with industry trends in luxury design

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture
3 to 7 years of experience in luxury residential interior design
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.
Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and colour balance
Excellent communication and client management skills
Portfolio of completed luxury residential projects is mandatory
