Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Design Concept & Planning

● Develop creative, functional, and aesthetic interior design concepts aligned with client

    requirements and project objectives.

● Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and 3D visualizations.

● Ensure design compliance with building codes, safety norms, and Vastu (if applicable).

2.) Client Interaction & Coordination

● Conduct client meetings to understand needs, lifestyle, and budget.

● Present design proposals, material samples, and layouts for client approval.

● Maintain regular communication to manage expectations and approvals at each stage.

3.) Project Documentation & Drawings

● Prepare detailed working drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) for execution.

● Provide GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and design details for contractors.

● Update drawings as per site changes or client modifications.

4.) Reporting & Coordination

● Provide weekly progress reports to management or project head.

● Track design approvals, site progress, and material delivery status.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

  Interior Design / Architecture

  from a recognized institution.

• Minimum

  3–5 years of professional experience

  in interior design, preferably in real estate or residential projects.

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office

  .

• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
