Interior Designer For sales - Kurnool Location

Role & responsibilities

1.Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering

• Greet and engage walk-in, online, and referred customers.
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, space usage, and budget preferences.
• Conduct detailed site visits or virtual consultations to assess space dimensions and conditions.

2. Design Consultation

• Create and present concept designs, mood boards, and layout options.
• Suggest suitable materials, finishes, and furniture based on functionality and aesthetics.
• Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) to showcase realistic 3D visualizations.

3. Sales & Conversion

• Present design proposals persuasively to close sales deals.
• Explain pricing, product specifications, timelines, and warranties clearly.
• Negotiate and finalize design quotations and contracts with clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Collaborate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams for accurate costing and feasibility.
• Share finalized layouts and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for project execution.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to project management teams.

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Handle client feedback and ensure satisfaction during and after project completion.
• Provide after-sales support for minor design adjustments or product queries.

7. Reporting & Targets

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain lead records, conversion ratios, and revenue data.
• Prepare reports on client interactions, pipeline status, and sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Diploma in

  Interior Design / Architecture / Fine Arts

  or related field.

• 1-3 years

  of experience in

  interior design and client-facing sales roles

  , preferably in

  residential, modular, or turnkey projects

• Proven track record of

  handling end-to-end client design consultations and conversions
