Job Description

Role & responsibilities Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings. Preparation of preliminary designs, concept Schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and technical specifications with help of Superiors. Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines. Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally. Maintaining good communication with Clients throughout the Project completion Strong communication skills Create mood boards. Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics. Should be a creative talent, imagination, and eye for design. Set a timeline for the completion of a project. Determine project requirements, timeline and the project cost in the budgeting phase and present the estimation to clients. Undertake interior project from concept to completion. Source products and materials included in the final plan adhering to project and budget specification.
