About the Role

Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Santacruz (West), Mumbai (On-site role – Only Mumbai-based candidates may apply)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for hospitality design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:

  Create impactful design concepts for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces.

• Space Planning:

  Develop efficient layouts focusing on functionality, user experience, and flow.

• Material & Finish Selection:

  Choose materials, furnishings, and finishes aligned with project goals and brand identity.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with clients, project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Technical Drawings & Documentation:

  Prepare AutoCAD drawings, 3D renders, and visualizations; coordinate construction documentation.

• Site Coordination:

  Conduct site visits to review progress, check samples, and ensure quality compliance.

• Trend Research:

  Stay updated with the latest hospitality design trends, materials, and innovations.

Eligibility:

1. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
2. 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design, ideally with hospitality projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max (2D/3D/4D expertise preferred).
4. Strong creative vision with excellent space planning and material selection skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
6. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices is an advantage.
