Role Description

This role demands full project coordination of residential and commercial interior works from start to end with proper SOP. Should be able to manage supervisors and vendors to provide quality work at site within the scheduled timline. Need to coordinate with office at different stages of interiors work and should be able to keep everthing updated on a daily basis. Good communication skills to explain working procedure and technical data with client regarding the interior work at site . Should be estimation and how take BOQ for individual works.

Qualifications

Residential and commercial interiors

• Project Management and Expediting skills
• Experience in Inspection and Expeditor roles
• Logistics Management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the interior design industry is mandatory.
• Bachelor or diploma degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
