Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Kochi. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with construction workers and subcontractors, and monitor project progress. Responsibilities include managing resources, maintaining quality control, reporting on project status, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience of min 2 years in managing on-site activities and teams
• Knowledge of interior and interior related works both residential and commercial
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and workers
• Strong project management and resource allocation skills
• Proficiency in maintaining quality control and reporting on project status
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineerin, diploma in civil engineering , or related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred
