Interior Design Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Project Manager located in Gurugram. The role will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing project timelines, daily planning and aligning teams on site, and arranging materials required on site. The role also ensures that concepts are translated into reality with precision, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret design drawings, and material specifications.

• Supervise contractors, vendors, and skilled labor to ensure quality work.

• Coordinate timelines, deliveries, and site requirements with all vendors.

• Conduct quality checks on finishes, furniture, and fittings.

• Anticipate and resolve execution challenges while maintaining design integrity.

• Maintain site documentation: daily progress reports, attendance, and snag lists.

• Ensure site safety protocols and compliance are followed.

• Update management with regular progress reports and highlight risks/delays.
